Suma

Suma is a startup with a simple goal: to make life easier for Nurses and Nursing Schools in California. They achieve this through a two-part strategy:

1. an online portal for Nurses and Nurse Practitioners to track their progress towards The State's complicated continuing education requirements.
2. an administrative backend for Nursing schools to organize their roster of nurses' class eligibility and curriculum progress, moving their paper-based records keeping into a secure, efficient online portal.

We have been consulting with Suma from the beginning. By taking the time to understand the founder's vision, we were able to quickly and cost-effectively develop an initial prototype to prove the concept, and have been iterating and adding features to make the platform more useful ever since.
